And, I want you to recognize one way you can get knee pain:

when the nerves in your lower back, these are the ones that supply the sensation to your legs, when these nerves become irritated, you may experience knee pain.

One of the more common reasons for this inflammation of your nerves is obesity or arthritis of the back.

So, of course,  one of the answers to this problem is to look into weight loss and physical therapy.
