[Music] Dr. Puja here, let’s continue to Think Healthy!
Today I want to talk about Vertigo.
Most instances of Vertigo occur due to inner ear problems.
Think Healthy
This means that the part of your ear that’s responsible for balance, for whatever reason, is off, and this causes Vertigo. I want you to know that some forms of Vertigo can be treated with home exercises or physical therapy.
And, lately, a lot of data is supporting that Vitamin-D supplementation can also reduce the recurrence of certain types of Vertigo. If you’re one of those individuals who keeps getting Vertigo, It’s important to speak to your health care team and ask about supplementation and therapy.
Your health care team will need to rule out a few things. And, you’ll be back soon enough!
There’s more on my website. ‘Till then, I’m Doctor Puja.
