Behavioral Activation is a CBT technique that maybe helpful in allowing you to break through the rut.

As more and more people are getting vaccinated, they are now starting to re-engage in their social activities. But for some people, going back to activities that they once loved can become a challenge.

Some of you may find that you’ve been stuck in a rut. And some of you just won’t know what to do. So, here is one way to use Behavioral Activation to solve this problem.

Start making plans and then make sure that you schedule a time to complete those plans.

It’s important to pick and do things that you like. Right now it’s all about you! So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed as we’re emerging from this long Corona night, it’s time to start making lists. As always, there’s more on my website until next time.
